Fall/Winter 2008 Practices In Progress!

The Athens Choral Society invites new members in all vocal parts as we begin rehearsals for our fall performance. Works include: John Rutter's Magnificat, Haydn's Missa Sancti Nicolai, two carols by John Corina (ACS founding member and current member), and two other pieces, A Babe is Born and This Endris Night. Concert is Tuesday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of Athens First United Methodist Church at 327 N. Lumpkin, Athens Georgia. Interested singers are invited to sit in on any rehearsal in September. Practices are at the Athens First United Methodist church and start prompty at 7pm.
